How we handle the data you share with us

1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the website's contact form: name, company, phone/WhatsApp number, e-mail, website or social profile (optional), the challenge you selected and the message you wrote. We also use Google Analytics (GA4), which collects browsing data in aggregate form (pages visited, traffic source, device) via cookies and anonymous identifiers.
3. What we use this data for
Form data is used exclusively to reply to your contact, understand the situation described and, if it makes sense, present a work proposal. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Browsing data (GA4) is used to understand how the site is used and to improve its content.
4. Who the data may be shared with
Only with essential operational tools: the e-mail service that receives the form message, and Google Analytics (Google LLC), for site usage metrics. No data is sold or passed on for third-party commercial purposes.
5. How long we keep the data
Data submitted through the form is stored in Big Bang's mailbox (Gmail/Google Workspace). If a contact doesn't turn into a project, we keep it for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then delete it. If you become a client, data related to the contract and tax obligations is kept for as long as required by law, even after that period.
6. Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018, "LGPD"), you can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. 7. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) cookies for audience metrics. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time, without affecting your ability to use the site.
